About Tess

Credo Aesthetics is brought to you by your therapist, Tess. With over 30 years of nursing experience in Critical Care, Tess brings a strong clinical background and a deep commitment to patient safety and excellence in care 

In addition to her nursing degree, Tess also holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogics which supports her in tailoring her work to better engage with clients and listening to their needs. She also is a proud member of the NMC College of Nursing

Her passion lies in delivering subtle, natural, and autologous aesthetic treatments that enhance confidence without compromising authenticity 

High standards of care are at the heart of everything she does – from the initial consultation through to treatment and aftercare 

She works alongside a qualified nurse prescriber and she is fully insured, ensuring a professional, safe, and ethical service at every stage 

Customer care, safety and regulation

All medicines used by Credo Aesthetic are supplied by a UK-licensed and registered pharmaceutical company

All products are MHRA compliant and prescribed under a supervision of UK-registered prescriber

Appointment booking fee, refund and cancellation policy

Clients found not to be eligible for treatment following consultation will be fully refunded

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is free of charge

Cancellations after this period or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of a base single treatment cost

Regular appointments: 

Tuesdays and Fridays 10 am to 6 pm

Appointments outside these times can be arranged

Initial consultation is also provided free of charge as part of the first treatment booking

Consultation can be arranged on-line prior to, or in-person at the time of first treatment appointment

A medical history will be taken and consent forms will be completed

Forms can be completed remotely electronically, or in person at the time of the first treatment
